What is your wholesale MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product line, whether new tooling is required, and how much customization you need. We confirm MOQ per configuration in your factory quote rather than publishing one fixed number for every SKU.
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. We recommend approving a pre-production sample for fit, retention, edge finish and branding before mass production. Sample scope, cost and schedule are confirmed per project in your quote.
Do you support private-label packaging?
Yes. Private-label programs can include your logo, color selections and packaging on proven configurations within a wholesale order. Share your brand assets and retail packaging goals in the RFQ.
Can you develop a holster for a new platform?
New OEM or ODM development is evaluated against your specifications and projected order volume. Existing platform configurations quote faster; truly new tooling is reserved for qualified volume projects.
What Kydex thicknesses, colors and textures are available?
Common holster sheet ranges from about 0.060" to 0.093" depending on carry style and retention needs. Standard colors and textures are available; custom color matching can be quoted. List your preferences in the RFQ.
What information is required for a quotation?
Include company name, business email, destination country, buyer type, platform or model list, carry styles (IWB, OWB, appendix), target quantities, customization (logo, optic/light cuts, colors, packaging) and any reference photos or drawings.
How long do sampling and production take?
Timing depends on product mix, customization, whether new molds are needed, and current factory load. We confirm sampling and production schedules in your factory quote — we do not publish one fixed lead time for every order.
Can different products be combined in one order?
Yes. Holsters, mag pouches, grips and related accessories can often be quoted on the same purchase order when configurations are compatible. List each SKU, carry type and quantity in the RFQ.
Which markets in the Americas do you supply?
We work with distributors, wholesalers and importers across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean — including Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Venezuela, Costa Rica and other regional markets — as well as U.S. Hispanic wholesale channels.
How do you confirm compatibility and retention?
Share your exact firearm variant plus optic, light and holster mount details. Pre-production samples let you verify fit, passive retention and edge finish before bulk production.
What branding methods are available?
Logo options typically include laser engraving, embossing or print depending on the product and finish. Packaging can range from bulk export packs to branded boxes or hangtags when quoted.
What shipping and trade terms can be quoted?
Incoterms and shipping method are quoted based on destination country, order size and your import workflow. State your preferred terms and delivery location in the RFQ.
